These Terms & Conditions govern the services provided by SafeGuard Pest Pros (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By authorizing service, signing an estimate, or scheduling service, you agree to the following terms.

 Safeguard Pest Pros – Service Agreement Terms & Conditions

1. SERVICE AGREEMENT Safeguard Pest Pros (“the Company”) agrees to provide pest control services at the service address listed on this agreement or receipt.  
2. SCOPE OF SERVICE The Company will provide pest control at the frequency agreed upon for the pests listed. All standard service agreements are for general pest control only. Additional charges may apply for wood-destroying insects or any pests outside the general pest category.  
3. ACCESS TO PROPERTY The customer agrees to make the property accessible for inspection and/or treatment as needed to control the pests listed in this agreement.  
4. TERM OF AGREEMENT This agreement will remain in effect indefinitely until canceled by the customer or Safeguard Pest Pros.  
5. CANCELLATION POLICY Either party may cancel this agreement with thirty (30) days written notice. Customers may cancel at any time and are responsible only for outstanding invoice balances prior to giving notice.  
6. PRICE CHANGES Safeguard Pest Pros reserves the right to adjust service fees when necessary.  
7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR DAMAGES This agreement does not cover repair of any existing or future damages to the property, nor does it provide reimbursement for damages allegedly caused by pest activity. Because the extent of any infestation cannot be fully known, the customer waives all claims related to such damages.  
8. WAIVER OF CLAIMS By entering this agreement, the customer waives all claims for damages to property or injury to persons resulting directly or indirectly from work performed by Safeguard Pest Pros.  
9. WOOD-DESTROYING INSECTS EXCLUSION Unless specifically listed on the invoice, this agreement does not include treatment for termites or other wood-destroying insects, nor does it cover any damages caused by such organisms.  
10. HEALTH-RELATED CLAIMS The customer agrees that any claims arising from alleged health issues affecting tenants, guests, or family members are the sole responsibility of the property owner. Safeguard Pest Pros is not liable for any complaints, litigation, or legal actions related to contamination or infestation.  
11. PROPERTY DAMAGE WAIVER The Company is not responsible for damages that may occur during treatment or installation of pest-control products. The property owner agrees to hold Safeguard Pest Pros harmless for any accidental injuries or damages to persons on the property.  
12. WEATHER & SCHEDULING The Company may reschedule services at any time due to weather or unforeseen circumstances. Safeguard Pest Pros reserves the right to cancel service at any time.  
13. PERMITS The property owner is responsible for obtaining any required permits unless specifically noted otherwise.  
14. COLLECTIONS & FEES Accounts not paid in a timely manner may be sent to collections. Customers will be responsible for all collection fees, attorney fees, and court costs. A 5% finance charge applies to balances 31 days or more past due. By signing this agreement, the customer acknowledges that liens may be placed against property to recover unpaid balances.  
15. CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION Credit cards may be required to secure scheduled services. Safeguard Pest Pros reserves the right to charge any card on file for overdue balances (30+ days), including late fees or collection-related charges. A 5% processing fee applies.  
16. MANDATORY ARBITRATION Any dispute regarding liability for damages must be resolved through arbitration. Neutral arbitrators will determine the award, and any finalized award may be entered as a court judgment for enforcement.  
17. INSUFFICIENT FUNDS Returned checks due to insufficient funds will incur a $35.00 fee per returned item.  
18. SALES TAX All services may be subject to applicable state and local sales tax.
